My name is Ericka & I want to help guide and walk alongside you through your health journey.
I am extremely passionate about using Traditional Chinese Medicine to provide heart centered care. I want to help you regain balance in your life and control over your health by treating your symptoms and addressing the root cause. I strive to maintain a safe, kind and welcoming environment.
I believe every woman should feel seen, heard and comfortable with their health provider.
I believe in a whole body approach and love to teach simple lifestyle shifts to positively impact daily living, month cycles and fertility.
I love to learn and geek out on all things women's health to provide current and effective care.

Growing up in rural Wisconsin, acupuncture wasn't even on my radar. That changed in 2015 when, after seven months of post-concussive headaches and being told there was nothing more that could be done, a friend convinced me to try it. I had nothing to lose — and acupuncture changed my life. Through a series of treatments, my body healed and I reclaimed the quality of life I'd been longing for.

That experience lit a fire in me to became an acupuncturist and help other women like what my practitioner did for me: offer a path forward when they've been told there isn't one.
